The Sixth World Professional Forum «Crimea-2021» will be traditionally held in Sudak, an ancient town on the Crimean south-eastern coast. It is a climatic sea resort which main industry is wine-making.
The Forum main site is «Sudak» Tourist and Health Center, the town’s largest recreation facility set in the park on the Black Sea shore, in the picturesque bay beneath the majestic Sudak castle of the 14th-15th centuries.

Several sessions of library, information and other professional associations are planned to be held as well. The list of sections, round tables and side events will be continuously updated until finalized by the Forum Program Committee in April, 2021.
Call for papers
The Organizing Committee seeks original research and application-oriented papers, not previously presented elsewhere, which make new contribution to the above topics and correspond to the requirements below.
Papers are included into the Forum Program only if approved by the Program Committee Expert Group and provided that the registration fee has been paid (written guarantees will not be taken into consideration).
Please email the title of your paper to your regional coordinator (see contact information below) before the deadline of May 15, 2021.
The Program Committee has an exclusive right to make final decision on paper status: keynote paper, paper, communication, or poster, and to include it in an appropriate section or to decline it.
Time for presentation: Keynote papers — up to 20–25 minutes. Section and workshop papers — up to 15–20 minutes. Communications — up to 10 minutes.
Following the Forum, the Organizing Committee will publish the digital Proceedings. The Proceeding will be assigned the ISBN. Every paper in the Proceedings will be assigned UDC and DOI numbers and supplied with an abstract in English. The Proceedings will be available as open access web publication through the RNPLS&T website, eLibrary.ru (Science Electronic Library), and indexed in the Russian Index of Scientific Citation “RINTS” database and Crossref.
To be included into the Proceedings, the full text of your paper should be sent to your regional coordinator not later that on June 30, 2021.

Simultaneous or consecutive interpretation will be provided.
Exhibition
Libraries, associations, publishers, universities, companies can take the opportunity to present their products and services at the «Crimea-2021» Exhibition.
Exhibition fee (stand rental) covers a desk, 2 chairs, partitions, header with company’s name and a power socket:
2m x 2m (standard) – 480 USD 4m x 2m (extended) – 960 USD
Computers, other equipment and furniture rental is available on a preliminary request at additional charge. Exhibitors may organize special presentations of their products and services upon preliminary communication with the Organizing Committee.
Participation terms

Forum registration fee is $325 for a full participant and $190 for an accompanying person. Please note that a registered participant may be accompanied by up to 2 persons.
The registration fee for a full participant covers:
– Participation in the Forum professional program including access to the Exhibition
– A conference bag with information materials
– Forum participant’s badge
– Participation in the Forum opening and closing ceremonies and receptions
– Transfer from Simferopol Airport to Sudak and back on the dates of arrival (June 5, 6) and departure
(June 12, 13)
– One-day tour (to be offered in late May via the Forum web-site) and other social and cultural events.
You are kindly requested to register no later than May 10, 2021, as well as to pay the registration and accommodation fees. Please note that after the above date, the Organizing Committee will be unable to guarantee that the requested room category is available for your booking.
Accommodation fee (three meals a day included (FB)) is fixed, depends on the room category and covers the whole stay from noon June 5 through noon June 13, 2021, irrespective of the actual dates of arrival and departure within this period.

Registration and accommodation fees include VAT.
Payment shall be made only against the invoice issued by the Organization Committee.
Children are permitted to accompany parents participating in the Forum. Please note though that children of the age of 14 and under are not admitted into Forum auditoria and the exhibition area if unattended by their parents.
