The Second World Professional Forum «Crimea-2016» will be held in Sudak and other towns of Crimea.
Sudak is an ancient town on the Crimean south-eastern coast. The town’s largest Tourist and Health Center «Sudak» located in the park on the Black Sea shore will become the main venue of the Conference events. Other Crimean towns will also host many off-site sessions and indeed will offer their many historic and cultural attractions making participants familiar with the magnificent peninsula of Crimea.

The Xth International Symposium

The Symposium will comprise the following topics

Digital resources and e-libraries for education and culture

The list of sections, round tables, workshops and additional events will be continuously updated and finalized by the Program Committee in April 2016.
The Organizing Committee seeks original research and application-oriented papers, not previously presented elsewhere, which make new contribution to the above topics and correspond with the listed requirements.
Please follow the guidelines below to prepare and submit your paper:
1. The heading shall include the paper title, followed by the names and affiliations of the author(s) and the person to present the paper; city and country.
2. The abstract should be a precis of your paper. The abstract shall not exceed 700 characters (including spaces).
3. The paper shall be in digital format. Full text shall be submitted in Word for Windows or ASCII format, charts, photographs and screenshots in JPG. The paper (including abstract, pictures, appendice, etc.) shall not exceed 10 A4 pages.
4. Papers should be sent to your regional coordinator (please see contact information below). Deadline is May 1, 2016.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject papers not corresponding with the present guidelines.
The Conference proceedings are to be published on CD-ROM and as Internet-publications.
The Program Committee exercises its exclusive right to take final decision on paper status: keynote paper, paper, communication, or poster, and to include it in an appropriate section or to decline it.
Time for presentation: Keynote (basic) papers – up to 25 minutes. Section and workshop papers – up to 15-20 minutes. Communications - up to 10 minutes.
Papers are included for publication in the Conference Proceedings only by approval of the Program Committee Expert Group provided that the registration fees are paid (written guarantees will not be taken into consideration).
FORUM LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, RUSSIAN.
Simultaneous or consecutive interpretation will be provided.
Exhibition
Libraries, associations, publishers, universities, companies take the opportunity to present their products and services at the Crimea 2016 Exhibition.
Exhibition fee (stand rental) covers a desk, 2 chairs, partitions, border with company’s name and a power socket:
2m х 2m (standard) – 350 USD 4m х 2m (extended) – 700 USD
Computers, other equipment and furniture rental are available on a preliminary request at additional charge. Exhibitors may organize special presentations of their products and services upon preliminary communication with the Organizing committee.
Participation terms
You are kindly requested to register online no later than April 25, 2016, as well as to pay the registration and accommodation fees. Please note that after the above date, the Organizing Committee will be unable to guarantee that the requested room category is available for your booking.
Conference fee depends on the room category and covers:
– Participation in the Forum professional program including visiting the Exhibition
– Conference bag with Forum proceedings on CD-ROM and information materials
– Participation in the Forum opening and closing ceremonies and receptions
– Transportation to off-site events in other towns of Crimea
– One-day tour (to be offered in late May at the Forum website) and other social and cultural events
– Transfer from Simferopol Airport to Sudak and back on the dates of arrival (June 4, 5) and departure (June 11, 12)
– Forum participant’s badge
– Accommodation (including three meals a day) is fixed, depends on the room category and covers the whole stay from noon June 4 through noon June 12, 2016, irrespective of the actual dates of arrival and departure within this period.

PLEASE NOTE: The registration and accommodation fee is not returned in case of rejection to participate.
Children are allowed.
Please note that children of the age of 16 and younger are not permitted into conference auditoria and the exhibition area unattended by their parents.
