Please be reminded that “Crimea 2016” Forum and Exhibition are approaching.

The following information will help you to plan for your participation in the Exhibition:

Standard booth (2 m) has panels on three sides (front consists of two panels 1.0 m x 2.4 m, sides are 1.0 m x 2.4 m panels each, and a free desk in front of the booth) and a frieze panel with the company name on it, and also includes a desk, two chairs and a power socket (European standard).

Extended booth (4 m) has panels on three sides (front made of four panels 1.0 m x 2.4 m, sides are 1.0 m x 2.4 m panels each), a frieze panel with the company name on it and also includes two desks in front of the booth, four chairs and a power socket (European standard).

To have your company name put on the frieze, please send the exact booth name (case sensitive) to potapova@gpntb.ru with “Crimea-2016 Exhibition” in the subject line no later than May 10, 2016.

Please note that the final Exhibition plan may be different from that on the scheme below.

Additional equipment for exhibitors

Additional equipment for exhibitors is available by preliminary order only, to be paid off on site by cash in local currency (RUB).

Display platform 0.5m x 1.0m x 1.0m, price TBA. The inner space of the platform can be used for storage. Please note that there are no doors or locks for the platform.

Showcase 0.5m х 1.0m х 2.4m, price TBA. The lowest shelf is at 0.5m from the floor, the other shelves are 0.4 m apart one from another.

Showcase with mesh shelves (3 book shelves) – price TBA.

Glass showcase – 0.5m х 0.5m х 2.4m, 3-4 glass shelves, and glass display platforms 0.5m х 1.0m х 1.0m (price TBA) – see photo.

Costs are given for the whole rent period (exhibition duration).

You may also rent computer equipment and Internet connection. Please request information on prices and terms from your regional coordinator.

Installation and dismantlement schedule

Installation: 
June 5 starting at 17.00.

Exhibition opening: June 6 after the Plenary Session is over (approximately, at 13.00 – 14.00)

 

Dismantlement: 
June 10 starting at 12.00

Please note that mounting of next exhibition at the Forum venue will start on June 11. Therefore, all dismantlement of the “Crimea 2016” Exhibition booths shall be completed by this date.
The Developer requires that you shall only use transparent scotch tape to attach your materials to the booth panels.
