Agenda:
1. To discuss new offers and claims received till March 27, 2012.
2. Organizational issues. Miscellaneous.
The meeting was conducted by E.I. Kuzmin and Yakov L. Shrayberg.
The claims with amendments and definitions - for conducting new events at Conference Crimea-2012 were discussed and accepted during the Board.
List of the events
1. To launch round table Libraries in metropolis since Conference Crimea-2012 (offered by V.V. Mayakovsky Central State Public Library and Nekrasov Central Universal Scientific Library); subject of the round table of this year shall be announced later.
2. Seminar Library innovations (leaded by E.N. Guseva, Head of Department of funds system of Russian State Library).
The issues to be discussed: What is the aim of launching novelties/ innovations? Are innovations manageable? What can be managed with innovations in libraries? Who does head innovation process: author of an idea, introducer or the head?
As the seminar dedicated to innovations had success at the last year conference, it was decided to introduce this event in the agenda of Crimea Conference as a constant one.
3. Discussion platform Library in the system of digital communications: strategy for living (leaded by V.K. Stepanov, Professor of Department of e-libraries, information technologies and systems of Moscow State University of Culture and Arts; E.N. Guseva, Head of Department of funds system of Russian State Library).
4. Special board of seminar Library and information services for people of limited activity (chair E.V. Zakharova, Deputy Director of Russian State Library for the Blind; organizer G.S. Elfimova, Head of department of Russian State Library for the Blind): Sample of human allegiance: for 135th anniversary of Valentin F. Voyno-Yasnetsky, outstanding scientist and faithful son of the Motherland (archbishop Luka).
5. Available beauty equal opportunities mutual meeting of section Libraries, museums and archives of unique space of information and art and seminar Library and information services for people of limited activity.
Issues to be discussed: Peculiarities of esthetic perception of people of limited activity; Cooperation of special libraries with museums: perspectives of cooperation; Usage of museum technologies for libraries work; Adaption of museum expositions and creation of available environment in accordance with the necessities of invalids; etc.
6. Round table and workshop Creating modern library: issues of functional projecting and organization of inner space of library.
It is supposed to make a special event during the round table Competition of photos of libraries design.

Co-organizers: Library in school magazine; IE British high School of Design (Moscow); Department of ecological information of RNPLS&T; PE Raduga-Lik (Riazan). (The members will receive packages with materials about organizing library space).
7. Round table Problems of structure and contents in classification systems. Interdisciplinary and general scientific knowledge during section 7 Information and linguistic provision of library and information systems.
8. Presentation of publishing program of M.A. Voloshin House-museum (to 10th anniversary of work of International supervisory board of reservation Cimmeria of M.A. Voloshin) special event (during section 4 Libraries, archives and museums in general space of information and culture).
9. Meeting with Elena Kotova, writer, famous journalist and international economist. Presentation of novel Thirs Newtons apple by Elena Kotova.
During the meeting Elena Kotova will give her expert evaluation of the current world crisis, complex processes of European Union and zone, perspectives of integration of Russia and Ukraine in the world economic community.
10. Offers of Nekrasov Central Universal Scientific Library:
10.1. Effective means to attract users to library: psychological aspect round table of library psychologists, workshops, presentations.
Questions to be discussed:
Role of a psychologist in librarys work for attraction of users;
Different ways of attraction of users: experience of library psychologists;
Paid and free services of library psychologists.
10.2. Summer project workshop Library constructor: change your professional future (Round table young specialists).
Leaded by Andrey V. Lisitskyi, Head of educational center School of library leadership of Non-commercial fund Pushkin Library, Associate Professor of Moscow State University of Culture and Arts and Moscow State Pedagogical University, culturologist candidate.
