From Moscow

By car: Take Gorkovskoye highway (chaussee) ; when you reach Vladimir, turn left and take the bypass road; drive until you reach the turn to Suzdal.

Then you can take either of 2 directions:

• don’t enter the town of Suzdal, rather turn left near the gas station, and take the main road,

or

• drive through Suzdal via the Lenin street; when leaving the town turn left, watch the sign «TOURCENTER» («ТУРЦЕНТР» in Russian)

By public transport: From Moscow, take a train to Vladimir from Kursky Railway Station or a bus from Schelkovo Bus Station; in Vladimir take a bus to Suzdal. In Suzdal, take taxi or bus Route 3 at the Bus Terminal to Suzdal Tourist Center (leaves every 30 minutes till 9.30pm)

From Nizhny Novgorod:

By public transport: From Nizhny Novgorod to Vladimir by train from Moskovsky Railway Station or by bus from «Kanavinskaya» Bus Station to Vladimir, then by bus to Suzdal.

In Suzdal, take taxi or bus Route 3 at the Bus Terminal to Suzdal Tourist Center.
