Dear colleagues,

Until today, the Organizing Committee of the Twenty Fourth International Conference “Information Technologies, Computer Systems and Publications for Libraries” (“LIBCOM – 2020”) hoped to hold the Conference in the city of Suzdal, Vladimir Region, Russia. However, due to the aggravating pandemic situation, the Organizing Committee has made the decision to move the Conference to online and to hold it on November 24—27, 2020.

The Conference will cover the issues of the state-of-the-art and prospects for new computer and Internet-based technologies in library practice; “Science”, “Education” and “Culture” National Projects; federal projects and programs of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation; innovations in contemporary education technologies; legal aspects of libraries and information providers operation; e-libraries, digital information resources, scientometrics, bibliometrics, and many other issues.

To participate in the Conference please register in advance.

The day before the event you will receive the link to the broadcast to your email.

Based on your paper topic and the data you provided, the professional program will be made up. If you are to present a paper at conference session, please register at and forward your presentation no later than November 20th at: pavel@gpntb.ru

The digital collection of the Conference papers is to be published as the ISBN-assigned proceedings. Each paper in the publication will be assigned UDC and DOI identifiers and supplied with the English-language abstract. The proceedings will be available on the open access from the e-library via the RNPLS& website as well as from eLibrary.ru, and will be indexed in the RSCI database and Crossref, an international bibliographic linking system (read more about the proceedings).
