Sponsorship fee shall be made in full amount or in parts during the whole pre-conference period.

STATUS OF A CONFERENCE SPONSOR

  1. Sponsor’s name (logo) on the Conference materials, on outdoor advertising sites, and on the Conference official web-page

  2. One A5 page Sponsor’s advertisement in the Conference Program

  3. Inclusion of the Sponsor’s information materials (up to 10 pages) into Conference participants’ portfolio.

  4. The possibility to organize Sponsor’s special event (a workshop or round table), with the Organizing Committee’s support of preparation and execution).

  5. The option of speaking at the Conference opening ceremony

STATUS OF A CONFERENCE PROFESSIONAL EVENT SPONSOR

  1. Sponsor’s name (logo) in the Conference Program.

  2. Information on the Sponsor on the Conference official web-page.

  3. The possibility to deliver a promotional paper OR to introduce the company and/or its products at the sponsored event (up to 1 hour). The event to be chosen by the Sponsor with the approval of the Conference Program Committee.
