The Conference will cover the issues of the state-of-the-art and prospects for new computer and Internet-based technologies in library practice; federal projects and programs of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation; innovations in contemporary education technologies; legal aspects of libraries and information providers operation; e-libraries, digital information resources, regional library projects, school libraries informatization, and other issues.

The Conference professional program will comprise invited and keynote papers, specialized workshops, master classes and discussion groups.

The Conference will be supplemented by the themed Exhibition covering the following subject scope: modern computer and Internet-based technologies in information and library activities, digital information and digital resources, published products, library equipment and materials, education technologies, and related areas.

Conference participants may take advantage of the social and cultural program including:

– guided tour
– concert
– intellectual show “What? Where? When? in Library, Information and Publishing Space”
– informal party on the occasion of the Conference closing with live music.

A pool, gym, and sauna as well as health treatment will be available to the Conference participants during their free hours. Spacious hall of restaurant “Day and Night” and lobby bar invite you to have a pleasant time with your colleagues.

The cost of participation depends on the category of a room and includes: accommodation, three meals daily, participation in professional program and events dedicated to opening and closure of the Conference, information materials, participation in social program, transfer from Vladimir to Suzdal and back on the days of arrival and departure (November 20 and 24).

Exhibition stand rental fee is 350 USD.

The deadline for papers and communications is October 25, 2017.

Please submit full text of your proposed paper or communication by emailing it to your regional coordinator. The materials must include the title of your paper, full name of the presenter, his/her job title, and full name of his/her organization.

The Organization Committee reserves the right of final decision which papers are to be included into the program, and may determine status and theme part of the program for the report in its absolute discretion. Declined reported are not to be reviewed or returned.
