Transfer
Dear participants of “Crimea-2010” Conference, we would like to inform you that on arrival (June 05-06) and departure (June 12-13) days Simferopol-Sudak-Simferopol transfer is free of charge. To optimize the transfer process to/from Simferopol airport and Simferopol railway station, please, send the details of your arrival and departure to your local coordinator.
The details you should provide:
- Date of arrival and departure
- Time of arrival and departure (divide hours and minutes with a slash)
- Destination
- Departure point
- Numbers of flights / trains.
These details are of utmost importance for transfer to be organized without delays. You will be taken to Sudak by a special bus or taxi, the road takes about 1.5-2 hours.
Please note, that if you arrive / leave on other days than the stated arrival (June 05-06) and departure (June 12-13) days, the transfer will be organized for you on a paid basis. In this case, the Organizing Committee does not refund transfer expenses.
