Dear Colleagues,
Let us remind you that “Crimea 2010” Conference and Exhibition are coming very soon.
Here is some important information for exhibitors:
Standard booth (2 m) has panels on three sides (front consists of two panels 1 m x 2.4 m, sides are 1 m x 2.4 m panels each), has a frieze panel with the company name on it as well as a desk in front of the booth, two chairs and a power socket (European standard).
Extended booth (4 m) has panels on three sides (front consists of four panels 1 m x 2.4 m, sides are 1 m x 2.4 m panels each), has a frieze panel with the company name on it as well as two desks in front of the booth, four chairs and a power socket (European standard).
To have your company name put on the frieze, please send the exact booth name (case sensitive) to goncharov@gpntb.ru with “Crimea 2010 Exhibition” in the subject field no later than May 10, 2010.
Additional equipment for exhibitors
Additional equipment for exhibitors is available by preliminary order only, to be paid off on site by cash in local currency (hryvnas).
Display platform 1m x 1m x 0,5m, price TBA. The space inside could be used for storage. There are no doors or locks.
Svelves 2,4m õ 1m õ 0,5m, price TBA. The lowest shelf is at 50 cm from the floor, the rest are 40 cm apart.
Mesh shelves (3 book shelves) – price TBA.
Glass shelves – 0,5m õ 0,5m õ 2,4m, 3-4 glass shelves, and glass display platforms 0,5m õ 1m õ 1m (price TBA) – please see photo.
Costs are given for the whole rent period (exhibition duration).
You also can rent computer equipment ad Internet connection. Please inquire of your regional coordinators.
Mounting and dismounting schedule
Mounting: June 6 starting at 17.00.
Exhibition opening: June 7 after the Plenary session (approximately, at 13.00 – 14.00)
Dismounting: June 11 starting at 12.00
Please note that mounting of the next exhibition will start on June 12. Therefore, all dismounting of the “Crimea 2010” exhibition booths should have been finished by that time.
You only can use transparent scotch tape for affixing materials to the booth.
