The format of “Crimea-2010” Conference completely excludes participation in the Conference without staying in “Sudak” Tourist and Health Center. Stay outside the territory can be possible only in special cases, only with personal agreement of the Head of the Organizing Committee, and if a person has documents stating objective pre-conditions for that, and only on the condition of paying registration fee of 15000 roubles.
We continue video-film and clip competition “My Library. Working Days and Holidays” for the Conference participants.
We accept films on DVDs and VHS cassettes (other data carriers will not be accepted). A film should last up to 15 min., a clip - up to 5 min.
The works should be handed in to the person charged with organizing the competition on the day of your arrival, or to the Organizing Committee attendant on Monday June 7.
The viewer jury of the competition will choose the winners, who will be awarded diplomas and valuable prizes, and all participants will get the audience’s applause.
If you want to participate in the competition, please send your application and information (company name, film/clip title, carrier type, duration) before May 15, 2010 to potapova@gpntb.ru (to Potapova Galina).
Dear Conference participants,
We invite you to take part in “What? Where? When? In Library, Information, Book, and Publishing World”. It is a real game with prizes and emotions, buffet party, singing, dancing – everything you need for a fine holiday.
The game will be held for the fifth time at the Seventeenth International Conference “Crimea-2010”.
To take part in the game, you are requested to send an application at igra@gpntb.ru before May 15, 2010. It should contain the following data:
- Your first and last names, your position, organization name, city, country of your residence;
- Would you like to be a member of the team of connoisseurs, or would you like to ask connoisseurs a question?
- If you would like to ask the team of connoisseurs a question, then, please, send the question, the answer to it, and reference to the information source.
Organizers will choose the best 11 questions for the game.
