Shipping address
Due to the toughening of the customs regulations in the Ukraine, the Organizing Committee recommends participants of the Conference to bring all the exhibition/information materials with them, and not to send them by mail. However, in case you choose to mail your materials, please follow the instructions below:
- Please use the following address:
Lyudmila Drozdova, Director
I. Franko Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library
29A Naberezhnaya St.
Simferopol, Autonomous Republic of Crimea, 95017, Ukraine
- The materials should be sent by courier service (DHL or other).
- Your payment should cover delivery of the materials up to Simferopol (see the address above). The payment should be made before shipping the materials.
- Customs clearance in Simferopol and delivery from Simferopol to Sudak are provided on a charged basis.
- We recommend that you split the materials into packages.
- The total evaluation of the package contents PLUS its delivery cost must not exceed 99.99 USD.
- Please put a note on the packages: “Not for sale, for exhibition”.
We also advise you to consult your courier service agent for the best mailing option.
Please note, that if you need to take valuable materials to the Conference (technical appliances, etc.), it is preferable that you bring them with you and not mail them. Following this recommendation you will avoid serious delays in customs clearance and high customs duties and fees.
The Organizing Committee reminds you that it is better not to send your materials by courier service. If possible, please, follow this advice.
Please note: All materials have to be delivered to the I. Franko Crimean
Republican Universal Scientific Library not later than May 15.
