Library Systems, Information Products and Publications Exhibition
The Exhibition is the inherent part of the Crimea conference and has traditionally hosted major Russian and CIS libraries, information centers and companies as well as world-known information providers including the Russian National Library, Russia; International Library Information and Analytical Center, USA; Bell&Howell, UK; Grand-Fair Publishing Group, Russia; and many others.
The Exhibition will present information products, services, library systems and software, CD-ROM products, books, journals, and other publications.
To present your company at the exhibition please book a stand on time.
Exhibition fee (stand rental) covers a table, 2 chairs, partitions, and a power socket.
Standard stand (2.5 m x 2 m) is $300
Extended stand (5 m x 2 m) is $500
Computers, other equipment, additional sockets installation and furniture rental are available on a preliminary request for additional fee.

If you wish you may mail your exhibition materials to Simferopol, Crimea. Please note that their custom clearance and delivery from Simferopol to the conference venue are charged services. Each parcel weight MUST NOT exceed 50 kg and it MUST be evaluated at UNDER 200 EURO. If the total weight of your materials is over 50 kg please split them into several shipments with a separate description attached to each of them.
