Custom clearance in Simferopol and delivery from Simferopol to Sudak are provided on a charged basis.

We encourage you to take part in the closing ceremony of the 10th Jubilee Crimea 2003 Conference. Don't hide your talents! If you wish to sing, dance, play or say something please let us know in advance in a message to triton@gpntb.ru with Closing Ceremony in the subject. In your message please specify the character of your performance (a vocal or a dance piece, a play or other), its author and title as well as necessary musical instruments and equipment.
The Organizing Committee will review all the proposals and notify you of the decision. You are very welcome!

Leonid Kuchma, President of Ukraine signed the Ordinance on the Tenth Jubilee International Conference "Libraries and Associations in the Transient World: New Technologies and New Forms of Cooperation”. The Ordinance stipulates for the establishment of the Organizing Committee by the Ukrainian Cabinet and for the information support of the conference on governmental level.

On the Tenth Jubilee International Conference
"Libraries and Associations in the Transient World: New Technologies and New Forms of Cooperation”

1. To support the suggestion of the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine to hold the Tenth Jubilee International Conference "Libraries and Associations in the Transient World: New Technologies and New Forms of Cooperation" in Sudak, Autonomous Republic of the Crimea in June 2003.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers shall in two months establish the Organizing Committee of the Conference in Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ministers shall provide the organizational and financial support of Ukrainian delegation at the conference.
3. The State Committee for Information Policy, Television and Radio of Ukraine and the State Committee for Communications and Informatization of Ukraine shall provide the information support of the conference.
