Please note that each parcel weight MUST NOT exceed 50 kg and it MUST be evaluated at UNDER 200 EURO. If the total weight of your materials is over 50 kg please split them into several parcels with a separate description attached to each of them.
Custom clearance in Simferopol and delivery from Simferopol to Sudak are provided on a charged basis.

All standard stands (¹1-41) in the main Exhibition area have already been taken. The Organizing Committee is planning to extend the exhibition area and to arrange for additional stands. With all your requests regarding these additional stands please contact the Exhibition Manager at mikgon@gpntb.ru

ATTENTION!
The Organizing Committee extends the deadline for penalty-free registration till May 10, 2003.
After May 10 all conference fees will go up to 120% of the corresponding fees given in the information letter.

An extended open session of the Scientific and Technical Libraries journal Editorial Board will take place during Crimea 2003 conference (see Program). It will be devoted to the 10th anniversary of Crimean conferences.

We encourage you to take part in the closing ceremony of the 10th Jubilee Crimea 2003 Conference. Don't hide your talents! If you wish to sing, dance, play or say something please let us know in advance in a message to triton@gpntb.ru with Closing Ceremony in the subject. In your message please specify the character of your performance (a vocal or a dance piece, a play or other), its author and title as well as necessary musical instruments and equipment.
The Organizing Committee will review all the proposals and notify you of the decision. You are very welcome!
